"- Rules are not enforced. - Promises are not honored nor followed through with. - Management allows and casts a blind eye to instances of trash and furniture being thrown from balconies. - Noise complaints-leading to police being called-are disregarded. - When called with a request for a date by which discarded furniture will be removed, blatant dismissal and disrespect was the tone used in response. - Management and policies are a sham."
