"They really need to change thier hours if they are just going to close whenever they feel like it and not have a sign up.. thier was a group of people outside when I walked up. I thought they were just talking but even 20 mins before closing and the OPEN SIGN Still lit up..the employee was just sitting at the counter swinging her feet.. she sent people away until 8pm and pointed to her invisable watch.. but didn't turn off the sign til 8pm but looked at us like we were stupid for coming. They closed 5-10 mins early several yikes before and I just feel like they might aswell change the hours. So that's my last time playing with them.. especially when it's not like an a sign or explanation..just go to Oprah they keep thier hours and just the next Plaza over"

"Was disappointed today…when asked several of the owners about products in their store they said they don’t know about…on top of not knowing about any products they carry they followed me like a vulture all the way out the store. It was an very uncomfortable experience."

"What is saw in the store is the reason I will not be patronizing this business again. I went to pickup a few needed items from the beauty supply and everything was fine. There was a mother shopping with her children. Her daughter was messing around and opened one of the lip glosses (the kind in the tube, with no wand). The owner saw it and got it from her. The owner then got a paper towel and started to clean the lip gloss tube off and then the inside of the top then proceeded to place it back on the shelf for sale. This is pure NASTY and very unsanitary. As easy as she did that she probably have done it before. I'm quite sure that a lost of one lip gloss wouldn't have broken their bank. This is an item that you use on your lips, and she just wiped it off, put the top back on it and put it back on the shelf to sale like it was ok. Be aware of what you buy from this place."

"It's not bad. The longest wait is at the check-out counter. You have to stand there while the woman is on her cellphone talking, better yet gossiping about whatever. You and others are standing there waiting to check out PATIENTLY. We don't want to hear her gossiping about whatever. We want to get out of there. She got a little upset because she had to rise from her comfortable chair to see what was wrong with the card machine. WOW!"

"I do like going to this Beaty supply store. They have any and everything you can want for your beauty needs. The store is well lighted and clean. They play music which is cool while you shop. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because sometimes the girls at the counter are on their phones talking. Which I think being in customer service and particularly ringing people out you shouldn’t be on your phone. Or at least don’t talk while ringing people out. Other thank that this is a cool beauty supply. And they have the cutest head warmers for cooler weather."
