"First I would like to say I do not do reviews but I had to for this one. Mrs. Felicia made me feel right at home as soon as I walked thru the door, the shop makes you feel like you are at home. I went in thinking my hair wasn't manageable but she tamed it like she has been doing my hair for years. I loved all the products she used on my hair. She took her time and put her heart into it. I am the type of person that do not let ppl in my hair but I did my research and she was the only one that stood out do not pass up on Mrs. Felicia she is well worth the experience.
