"EDIT: Total Access did reach out and was able to reduce my bill by bypassing my Aetna health insurance. I appreciate the help from Tyler and the billing department. I believe the blame for the bill rests mainly with Aetna, which is an insurance company that is untrustworthy and should be avoided at all costs. -- Avoid this urgent care at all costs. This facility will take your health insurance card, charge you 100 dollar copay, and then charge you an additional $816.82. For the cost of $916.82, they will give you a covid test, a flu test, and then tell you they can't do anything for you. They can manage to accept and not accept any given health insurance simultaneously. This company is untrustworthy and should be avoided."

"I loved the online booking system. It meant we did not have to wait at the clinic until it was almost our turn. The process once we got to the clinic was fast and easy. We got checked, tested, and even got the medicine we needed right there. The doctor was super nice and easy to talk to. It was not a painful experience at all!"

"I got in quickly and the staff was nice. I went in for an extremely sore throat on Sunday. After negative tests I was given a steroid shot. 3 days later it was no better so I went to an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor. I had a huge abscess on my tonsils. The doctor removed 3 ccs. Of pus. It was so large and severe that I will have to have my tonsils removed. They said that if it had been taken care of Sunday it wouldn’t have gotten so bad. How was this not spotted on Sunday? Very disappointed with my first visit at TAUC!!"
