"I see Dr. Bereda and although I’m not a frequent flyer, the times I’ve needed him, he’s been available pretty quick. In one visit he figured out what was wrong with me hip when no other doctor had. After a dog bite, he was available to tell me what to do, call in meds, and schedule my follow up visit."

"I am a person with a complicated medical history and especially this past year so now I have PTSD and I can be awkward. With that being said, I know my body and used to work in medicine so my expectations are high and especially after Dr. Davis “sold me” in the consultation. The office is tiny and oddly laid out, a bit outdated but clean. Annette, front desk lady is friendly. I was assigned to Dr. Bereda (who calls himself Dr. B - strange and off putting especially when I am almost 40 with no children). My first red flags were when he, and his assistant Casey weren’t capable of drawing blood from me in a couple of locations on my arm is the only successful arm for draws. I’ve never had anyone in my life not able to draw blood from me so they sent me to off site testing and sure enough, got me first stick. Results came back WNL except for 1 thing which was concerning, more offsite blood draws and now imaging offsite, still no answers. I emailed him providing 2 links to government studies showing what I’m experiencing and asked for his thoughts and guidance. With no further testing his email back literally said “that’s it! That’s the cause” to one of the links. No studying, no testing, nothing more. Fast forward to bloodwork I had with another doctor a month later, it DISPROVED his hurried response. I ended up using the online portal a few weeks ago to make an appointment for something different and specifically stated in the online request that I need something in the afternoon. Casey’s response was fairly immediate saying she has me down for 830am. *facepalm* I used the online portal because of ease and now I have to call to change it. I called at 803am and explained to Annette what happened and she had the audacity to tell me to hang tight that she’s not even up and running yet. If your hours state open at 8am that means you’re up and running by then. For people that have to work during your office hours (most people) our time is limited so please be ready to work like the rest of us. That was the final straw and I cancelled my (much cheaper than current) membership fee. Even worse, my OB highly recommended Dr. Yalavarthi when I told her I’m not happy with Dr. Bereda - too bad I didn’t get her from the start. If you don’t have a complex history and you’re actually seeking answers, need no labs, have a lazy day schedule, like cutesy nicknames, then sign up!"

"After being frustrated with 10-minute visits and not having a relationship with my doctor, I contacted Link Primary Care. And I am so glad that I did. Dr. Davis promptly returned my call and scheduled an initial visit with Dr. Bereda the next morning (not several weeks like many practices). This is a heath care experience like no other. I did not sit in a waiting room but was immediately brought to the exam room. Dr. Bereda is a capable and highly competent physician with a calm demeanor, a great bedside manner, and a non-judgmental approach. My initial visit was a very comprehensive 1.5 hours with the doctor, in addition to some testing afterwards. I never had a physician’s office spend two hours with me on one appointment. With the traditional healthcare model, all of the items that were addressed on my initial visit would have been split-up into several visits. Additionally, Dr. Bereda promptly follows up with test results and he is very easy to contact if I have any questions. In my opinion, membership to Link Primary Care is a tremendous value."
