"Updating: improving review to 4 stars. Of course I was frustrated due to pain when I wrote this. I was also in a hurry to feel better for an international trip. I did get the orthotics the very next business day without issue. The people were kind. ALSO! With these orthotics I was able to walk every. where. more quickly and without pain for the first time in years. This trip was only possible with my supportive inserts and would've been ruined had I not had them. Soooo grateful for MO foot & ankles services, this was life-changing. Thank you!! Dr. Oldani was kind and informative. I ordered orthotics and was told 7-10 days. Three weeks later I got the call they were ready for pickup. I went to pick them up and they weren’t even there. They were at another location I didn’t know existed and wasn’t informed about. This was a Friday afternoon so then I had to wait even longer to get them. I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and the mix up."

"Called in to make an appointment on Nov. 28 and I told the lady who answered the phone that I had severe foot pain and swelling in my right foot. She said the earliest I could be seen was on Dec. 22. I told her that I was diabetic and I couldn't wait until Dec. 22. She said there was nothing she could do. I called the foot and ankle clinic on Reavis Barracks and Lemay and got an appointment for the next day. Not very good service from Arnold Missouri Foot and Ankle."

"Ok so hear me out. I was looking for some support for my feet because I recently got into exercising and I understand the importance of your feet! Some background is just I’ve had health issues and am on the road to recovery, I haven’t been working and am on Medicaid (for now). Exercising is new for me (and crucial for recovery) and I have some minor pain in my feet and ankles (thanks to foot rubs from the husband, it’s manageable). But this…this was… just a TERRIBLE experience. First, I’ll mention when I filled out the intake form they asked for my sex and pronouns, great, I appreciate you asking! But when Dr. Wolfe came into the room (for 5 seconds) he said “I think they’d be a good fit for a guy like you.” Ummm, ok sure? Did you even read my chart or see that I have a woman’s name? Just curious. Second, he was literally in and out the room, offered me some orthotics thru a private vendor and told me “I don’t need to see you again unless you have problems.” I was there because I couldn’t afford orthotics and instead he refers me to a $80 orthotic vendor? Seems a bit… sales pitchy and shady for some reason to me. Considering Medicaid covers orthotics? I will say, the staff was friendly, the fellow was FANTASTIC, she’s gonna do big things, but Dr. Wolfe? Phew, needs some work on the bedside manor a bit. Not going back there, noooope."

"Doctor Anderson was great!! I had heel pain and bone spur and he did everything before surgery and after surgery was done I am feel 100% better. Would defiantly recommend Dr. Anderson and his Staff"

"My husband went to have his toenails clipped at Missouri Foot and Ankle and Dr Kara Kozloeski was late getting to him and was very rushed. His toenails look like a 5 year old did them. On his big toes the nails which are thick she proceeded to cut them below the quick and then left the room. A tech came in to dremel his feet. The tech told my husband she was supposed to have left 30 minutes earlier and she still had 3 patients to see. Her lack of preparedness and abrupt manner isn't our problem. She was rude and unprofessional. I'll be finding my husband a real podiatrist for the next time. Seriously don't go here EVER!!!!"
