I believe most folks are confused. These people who work for the locations get paid very little and some are volunteers..."

The Saint Louis market is in need of a reputable donation pickup operation! We deserve better! I wish ZERO/NO STARS were an option. Items still haven't been picked up, it's been 5 days, now!"

"ZERO STARS!!! I left a nice collection of donated items on my driveway 6 days ago for pick up. No one came. I received a phone call two days later stating someone would pick it up the following morning, still no one came. I then have called three times to speak to someone about this. I work fulltime, threfore, cannot answer the phone immediately and when I returned the call, still no one answers. I am so frustrated by this organization and I will never donate to them again and I will advise others to avoid donating as well. very poor customer service. Very disappointed when all I wanted to do was donate for the good of someone else!"

"First, they call me to ask if I would like to donate every couple months. This time I have a lot to donate, newer baby items and some furniture. I set all my items out and labeled them exactly like they asked. No one came, and I called the number that was calling me, they would call the supervisor and have it taken care of. If you are like me, you might find it stressful and embarrassing that there is mountain of boxes in front of your home for a whole day. That night the supervisor, Stephanie, calls and swears someone will be there the next day. So, next day, everything is still there. I called what I thought was the supervisor's number and asked if it was Kidney Services, which is a pretty clear yes or no question, instead she keeps repeating that this is Stephanie. I wasn't sure of her name from the night before, so it was truly frustrating that she REFUSED to just say yes or no and confirm she was with the Kidney Services. I finally called the person who originally contacted me and let them know that for the second day my donations were still in front of my home and it is after 7pm. Stephanie called me back and said she was doing her best to appease me and she is working remotely so she this is difficult for her. I am not a customer, I am donating my things that I could sell for money and all u am asking if for the truck to come to my house. Oh, and it was about an hour away from raining. This all started Thursday, it is Saturday afternoon and my stuff is still on my porch. Neighbors keep looking at all the boxes and armchair. I had new rugs delivered Friday so I do not want to drag everything back in."
