"I really thought it was a great thing, especially since they charge the same as a doctor appointment and not an urgent care. I went there once and had a fine experience. The person at the front desk was very kind. Most recently the person at the front desk literally huffed/sighed heavily as she unlocked the door for us (we were there like 5-10 mins before our 1:30 ish appt and sat in the hallway) and did it again several times as she set up the room. It made me feel like I was a burden to be there. Also, I feel like the NP did the bare minimum. It was very quick and transactional. She did provide a minute of education when I left. But then my chart after visit notes included that tympanic membranes were normal. Nobody checked my ears, which would be clinically indicated based on the reason for my appointment. I’ve heard similar experiences from others. I’ll stick to going to another urgent care after this."
"The first time I went there the staff was great but when I had to go back 11 days later because I was sick again I tried to tell the PN that I did get well from the medicines they gave me but this was worse this time and I needed something to help me again. The first time U told them I did a self test for Covid but this time I did not. The PN was very rude said she wouldn’t give me an anti biotic or prednisone this time it must be a virus she did not test me for Covid gave me a prescription for a nasal spray and something that would help with the cough not being so violent or harsh. Well this morning I lost my taste retested and I have Covid. I did not like the second PN she was rude like I said she told me to go somewhere rose if I didn’t like what she said."
"The nurse was condescending, told me I just had a virus and wrote me off. A week later I went to a different doctor then I had pneumonia. If they would've treated me in the first place it wouldn't have gotten that bad."
"Great experience! Made an appointment and everything was running on time! Doctor was very thorough and we were treated and out the door in under 30 minutes. Definitely going back here when the kids get sick again."
"I made an appointment, was able to be seen before my schedule time. When I got there check in was easy and maybe waited 2 minutes before being seen. I had my two kids with me so that was a plus. I will definitely go back to this express clinic, I felt like it was an in and out visit and I was able to get the medication I needed to get myself better."
