"Dr Hugo is my primary doctor. Stephanie , the physician assistant, is who I see most of the time, and usually on very short notice, is absolutely awesome. I have never received this level of care from any other doctor's office. Ever. Stephanie is never in a rush with her questions and examination. Besides being seemingly kind and caring, she always covers every detail and makes sure every possible option is reviewed. She even contacted (and scolded...) another specialist once to help me get a refill I needed, which they initially denied me. My latest visit with Stephanie (and because of the initial 1-star review below mine) compelled me to write a review, but this could also apply very well to Dr. Hugo, who has been our doctor for some years now. Dr. Hugo is also my elderly mother's physician. Every time she sees him, she always has to tell me how great he is."
