"The staff at Clarkson Eyecare on Manchester Rd in Ballwin were all wonderful. Like so many, they are working with staff shortages but were still so kind, patient, and professional. I am a returning customer and the prior optometrist was less than enthusiastic. It was as if he was reading from a script. I recently saw Dr Gallen and he was very personable and realistic. I hope he and everyone who is there stays! Keep up the great work, you are all so appreciated!"
"Over 2 months, still don’t have my glasses. Employees are rude, with no concern to the patients. The doctor doesn’t know how to do a proper eye exam. A 5 min caused to get my prescription wrong. The corporate office unwilling to step in and assist with issues. With my insurance I realized they over charged me. Still fighting with them to make it right. Avoid any clarkson eye care location !!!"
"So glad I brought my mother in law here for her exam. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and so nice! Cheryl greeted us and checked us in right away, and Emma did an amazing job helping us with glasses! My mother in law suffers with dementia and Dr. Gallen really took his time with her to get her in the right prescription. Great location and staff!"
