"So this may feel like an episode of the Brady bunch----- but here it is......Brittany, Brittany, brittany!!!!!! I have been through a lot with body and body pains, doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapy. However, this women is not only professional but brings a kind of home, family/friend feeling that never dims. She brings a spirit to work that even when in the worst pain, her attitude, demeanor, and the actual work she does with me bring not only brief relief from the pain but a smile to the soul as well......she literally came in with only one other worker on a snow day....when asked if she got a gift card....she simply replied why? It's my job to show up....I then replied well if 90% of companies are home well, then you should be recognized for going above and beyond...... ps she won't accept tips lol....lastly, here's a shout out to Kim and heather!!!!! With me not knowing how bad the pain is, I have to call the office a lot, and these two front desk ladies not only man the desk everyday....they don't mind finding out all your insurance info, make you feel comfortable and not on the spot if you have a balance, never make you feel bad for canceling or re-scheduling, or just call to see what their lunch break is 7 days in a row. They are very patient, kind, and welcoming. Love this place and would go nowhere else!"

"I had a total knee replacement and was very nervous about going to physical therapy. All the staff was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. Very caring and knowledgeable to my needs. The only negative thing I would say is I wish I had more visits through my insurance. Thank you, Advance Training for all you did for me :0)"
