"No one answers the phone. People don't call you back when they say they will. Based on my experience so far, patients are not a high priority. I would love to give a good review, but so far, it is not warranted. Edit 9/12/23, 9:33am: I received and replied to an email yesterday from Mercy's social media department. I also called Mercy's Therapy Services twice this morning, still trying to make appointments. Again, no one is answering the phone. I have left 3 separate voicemails requesting a callback. No one has called me back yet. This just gets worse and worse."
