"This was an ok experience. The clinic wasn't busy, it was calm, and the women were helpful. They explained things well and made sure I understood what was happening. My only complaint was that the tech opened the door and walked into the room while I was changing without first knocking and waiting for consent (or rather, they swung the door open at the same time as knocking- no chance to say I was still changing!) When I said this was not ok, they defended themselves by saying the hallway was empty- however consenting to a procedure is not the same as consenting to being walked in on while undressed! They did apologize, and I appreciate that, but it was a difficult way to start my first mammogram. If you go here, communicate boundaries. I was told that I would be the one to indicate when the tech could enter, so be aware that might not be true!"
"I have been going to the St. Luke's Women's Center in Chesterfield Valley since they opened. I have had a great experience every single time. Appointments are easy to make with convenient times. It's always a quick and easy process. I'm normally in and out in 20 minutes tops. Everyone I have encountered has been professional, kind, and compassionate. I won't go anywhere else to get my mammograms."
"This center is purely irresponsible place. I visited with my wife for her mammogram and expected the report to be sent to the doctor office. It’s almost 10 days now and they have never send the report to my doctor. They don’t bother about their patients"
