I was just disappointed because I ordered contacts, and usually they give you a contact case and sample solution like starter kit or something, and i got nothing... probably not a big deal, but i was a bit disappointed (cuz i have two different scripts for each eye.)"

"I had a very positive experience at Clarkson in Pacific the other day. Dr Cathy Phillips is slways very thorough. My prescription has changed a lot in the past year and she suggested a trip to my primary care to make sure diabetes isn't a factor. Still need to do that. I was picking a pair of eyeglass frames and it had been a while since I'd done that and I wasn't sure what looks good on me. Alyssa was very helpful in suggesting something other than what I picked that she felt would work better for me. I was very pleased that she stepped in. And my appointment was late in the day and I was still there close to closing time and both Cathy and Alyssa did not seem bothered or rushed even though I felt bad for keeping them late. I even got a text message later letting me know they've scheduled me for my next appointment a year from now at the same time. I was pleased with my visit to Clarkson in Pacific. Thank you!"
