"Won’t use again. Nurse Practitioner flustered and unprofessional, running late, discussing other patient’s sensitive info in waiting room. During exam, she had difficult time entering info in computer. My pharmacy advised prescription dosage was incorrect, and they’d attempted to contact her multiple times, which she denied. When I finally spoke to her, the response was my “pharmacist should have known what she meant!”"

"I went to this clinic for a strep test and sore throat evaluation. I made an appointment easily online. The nurse practitioner was kind, quick, and overall great! She performed the test, checked me out sent some meds and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Plus it was about 1/5 of the cost of just the copay for urgent care. Highly recommend!"

"Was able to make an appt online. Even called ahead of time to get a question answered. Then told they cannot help bc my daughter is a minor. It was for a simple UTI test. They had 3 hours to cancel the appt or let me know and didn’t."

"Took my daughter into the WALK IN CLINIC only to be told they could not see her because she didn't have an appointment. We were there when they opened with no other patients in site. Very frustrating. Come on CVS, we expect better: it's your right to change your operating format and require appointments, but at least update your web presence and store signage. No need to make people wait for you to open only to send them to another 24hr walk in facility."

"I would leave 0 stars but it doesn’t let you have that option. This place is a joke. Had my husband pay110.00 for a DOT inspection and then gave him the run around for two days on the third day with an appointment scheduled the clinic was closed important paper work my husband needed locked in the building and not a single person willing to help in any way other than say make another appointment. I want my money back and will report the issues to corporate. The people who work there are unprofessional and incompetent. I will be going tomorrow to get my money back and if it’s an issue I will contact a lawyer. If you need to have an important physical done so you can continue working go some where else these idiots don’t know what to do."
