"Walked into vision department wearing mask (employees maskless) and presented my insurance card to Angelina and was asked why the ssn was all x’ed out but last 4 digits and gave card back saying Dr Heinz doesn’t accept provider anymore and all cost would be out of pocket. After returning home verifying insurance and calling back, saleswoman named Judy apologized for the other employee’s error and said the insurance is accepted. Family has been going here for YEARS, same insurance. Time to find a new vision department . Raymore Walmart Vision"
"Had a Great visit for an eye exam at the Raymore vision center. It was quick, professional and you could tell the Dr. Was very caring and attentive. I would go back."
"I met with them to schedule appointment with no mask. I went back to my scheduled appointment and they claimed they require a mask. The entire store of Walmart is maskless. No mention of mask requirements when scheduling appointment. Enforcing mask mandates inside a store that doesn't mandate masks is sad and ridiculous."
