"Received a very thorough skin exam from Amy Avant APRN. THE Facilities however need some work. Parking lot is in need of repair, computer system was down and I couldn’t make another appointment, when calling later to make an appointment I’m still on hold for10+ minutes, and exam rooms look run down. I want to go back, if I can get someone on the phone to make an appointment."
"Every time I show up a few minutes early but never get taken back until 20 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor was snarky and seemed unappreciative of my questions. The front desk were damn helpful though!"
"VERY disappointmened in the Leawood, KS office. This was supposed to be my first appointment with Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers/US Dermatology /Amy Avant. I left here not being seen and being rescheduled for a different day because they were “just too busy“ (which I called the Liberty, MO office and canceled, because again - this is absurd). Very poor communication and the lowest form of customer service you can possibly exhibit. I had an appointment for 1:20 with Amy Avant and was told at 1:50 that it was going to be another 30 minutes before I could be seen. This was after I took time off work and sat in their lobby and was only told this after I went up and inquired about the delay. Who knows how long I would’ve sat there before they addressed the issue. This office is a joke."
