"I have been going to Dr Radadia for quit some time. Even when my insurance didn't cover it. Now im tired of paying out of pocket and wanted to have my records transferred to another Dr in my area. They want to charge me $18.95 plus .43 for each page then more money after that for my own records that are probable digital so they could just email them right over. This is terrible customer service. There receptionist have always been horrible but I stayed, now this. Glad im leaving."

"My 73 year old grandma came here for her first appointment after finding out that she had lupus. When she made the appointment she asked if she needed a referral and the lady told her no. She drove to her appointment but got lost and never made it so she rescheduled to the following Monday. When she rescheduled she asked once more if she needed a referral and the lady once again told her no. So she drove to her appointment, which is 30 minutes from where she lives. When she gets there they collect her copay and she waits for an hour in the waiting area before the the receptionist called her up and told her that they can’t see her without a referral. So my grandmother drove all the way there to find out she wasn’t going to be seen. They didn’t even offer to give her back her copay, she had to ask for it back. She really shouldn’t be driving that far in the first place but because she has rheumatoid arthritis as well as lupus she was having pain in her shoulders. She was using Dr. Radadiya as a back up because she had another appointment in October but wanted more than one opinion. This office doesn’t care about their patients and is very poorly ran. The front desk needs better training and should get on the same page. This is peoples health that they are dealing with. I wouldn’t trust your health in their hands."

"This mug was so lit I walked in to the place the front desk girls were bangin. One was named Rachel and the other Mariah they got me so hyped for my cloneoscapy. Like I was thinking about them the whole time the lazy nurse gave me the well needed colne glamour shots I needed. Wonderful experience I still have dreams about it."

This bag of flesh only wants your money, doesn't give a rat's behind about your health enough to even find out what is wrong with you or why you wasted your time and resources to show up. No respect for the patient (why should he--he's better than you, and a lot richer after today). If there is a hell, you'll be among the first in line after your time on this planet is done, and that can't come soon enough. You are EVERYTHING that is wrong with the "health care INDUSTRY" -- and make no mistake -- that's all it is, an industry. Churn up patients, vacuum their money from them, then spit them out your doors with no genuine medical assistance. Next!"
