"They completely stopped my medicine and will not make any refills when I've been taking it for over a year already and then wanted to charge almost 200 just to get another appointment made so I can wait while still not having my medicine for the next available appointment! Will not be going back to this place. Thanks for the "help"!"

"When I looked up clinical associates after my PCP referred me here I was very concerned. I almost asked for a referral elsewhere due to the negative reviews, and I wish I had! I asked for genetic testing and after my test "was lost in the mail" I sent in a 2nd DNA sample. It turns out that Clinical Associates sent my DNA to a different company (HIPAA violation anyone?) and the 2nd sample was sent to the correct company. Therefore I am stuck with two bills for genetic testing which is NOT CHEAP! The office manager refuses to call me back after 60+ days. I'm very frustrated with the manager and worried that a random company has my DNA that I didn't authorize. I have additional issues with this clinic (not Dr. Longo, she was awesome) but the office workers. They need additional training and the manager needs to be available when issues arise. Beware of this clinic and go elsewhere!"

"Don't know why there are so many negative reviews. They have been great. I was able to get a diagnosis finally and have set up a plan for my medication. I love that I never have to wait long when I come. I think the longest I have sat in the waiting room is 5 min, which I appreciate. Staff and doctors have all been very kind and knowledgeable."

"I did not have a good experience going to Clinical Associates. While the staff was nice, and accommodating, it took 3 months to book a visit and then an additional month and half for the doctor to send my test results to my primary care doctor. This was extremely frustrating. Also, Dr. Schlosberg did not walk me through what a psychiatric visit looks like. This would have been helpful due to it being my first time seeing a psychiatrist. Dr. Schlosberg was unprofessional and unreliable in the sense that it took him an extremely long time to simply send a report to my doctor. I called 3 times over the course of a month and a half with the receptionist telling me that he gets behind - when someone is waiting on medication and answers, waiting 3 months to be seen, and then another 2 months for the paperwork to be sent is unacceptable. Do not go here."

"I’m surprised to see all of the one star reviews for Clinical Associates. I was referred to their office for psychological testing, and have been very pleased with my interactions with Dr. Leah Longo. I was able to schedule and complete testing within a week and a half, and came back the very next day for a read out. I was very impressed with the level of detail and analysis of the psych report. Got my referrals for a specialized therapist and was on my way!"
