"I love Terri Hinton, but I wish I had better review for her nurse and the staff, but I don't. Once, for an appointment with Terri Hinton, I waited more than 2 hrs to be called, they said that "they forgot" I was there. Another time, I called to have a "short fill" for one of my prescriptions. Before calling, I called my insurance, made sure that when the nurse called the pharmacy to put in the prescription it wasn't rejected. I called Olathe Health, and of course you have to leave a message to get an answer, if you're lucky in the afternoon. The nurse called me early, like at 9am. I was surprised, she said she did put the request. Just to give it time, I waited until 12PM to go to the pharmacy. I wasn't surprise that the pharmacy did NOT had the prescription. I called the nurse again, she apologized and said she sent the prescription again to the pharmacy. OK, I guess, I thought, well they are busy, she might forgotten so let me give her until the next day. I go the next day to the pharmacy, same story, no prescription. I call again, but this time I ask to talk to Terri Hinton, she was having lunch, understandable, told the receptionist to leave her a message, not to the nurse, to Terri. I waited, waited, waited, nothing. I call again, and the receptionist said that she left the message to the nurse not to Terri Hinton, unbelievable! Guess what? Yes, you guessed right, she said she sent the prescription to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy still hasn't received anything yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC."

"Dr. Lu is amazing!! He is always kind, courteous and will work through your health problem to help you find a solution! He puts in extra time and effort to make sure that you are promptly called back if you call in with questions about lab results, etc."

"I love love Dr. Lu!!! He is the nicest doctor I’ve ever been to!! I had to take my 13 year old daughter to see dr Lu…… I was very worried because it could have been a traumatic appointment for such a young girl but Dr. Lu made it a relaxing atmosphere. He was amazing with my daughter. I’m so thankful we have Dr. Lu as our family doctor. And his nurse is so amazing!!! She always has a smile on her face and is always in a great mood!!! People complain because they have to wait a little while to see the doctor, but I’d rather wait a little while and him take time with me….than for him to just try to get in and out as fast as he can!!! I feel like he really takes the time to know me and know my medical history so when I come in the next time I don’t feel like he didn’t care enough to know what’s going on with me!!!"

"Had a great experience with Terri Hinton today. Very thorough and compassionate. The front office was nice and Tiffany the nurse was great as was Laurie in the lab. Overall 5 stars!!!"

"I absolutely love my physician and her nursing staff. What I am very unhappy with is the front office staff with the exception of only one being awesome. Last appointment was for my child @ 8:00am. Auto-call reminded is very clear about arriving 15 minutes early. We get there 15 minutes early only to have the office staff tell us to sit and wait. We can't help you right now. It's not 8:00am yet. I stated that the appointment is for 8:00am... Interrupted! Hand up in face! Is that why there's glass there? So front office staff can be rude & nasty? I was told that it does not matter to them that my child has an 8:00am appointment. It's not their problem & neither is being told to be there 15 minutes early. What IS their problem is that management does not allow them to clock in until 8:00am. So I need to sit down & wait until they can clock in. Then we will start at the top of the list. Nice. I would give this office 5 stars because of my Dr.,nurses & the lab staff but your front office staff needs some training."
