"Waiting in lobby while wife getting mri. Elderly lady came in struggling mightily to walk and receptionist gave her instructions which sounded to me to go to next room for check in. After walking into south room and to window limping and slow she was told it was wrong window and to return to north room. The receptionist at north window looked over to her and told he she said to sign in next to her window. Rather than simply handing the sign in clip board to her they made her once again walk around and sign in. They then called her name and the receptionist watched her slowly rise from chair, hobble slowly to her window then without even looking her in the eyes told her wrong window. She had ample time to have directed her and saved her the extra effort and distance by simply telling her as she walked towards her window. Horrendous to see this poor elderly woman treated in such a heartless way"
"Fantastic experience from the scheduling to the actual exam! Erin, the nurse for my HSG, was so nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The radiologist, Dr. Pippin I believe, was very quick and got me through the exam with very little discomfort. Would definitely come back to this clinic again for other exams!"
"Sandy, ultrasound tech and Tammy, mammography tech made my time at the imaging center far beyond pleasant and comforting. They did not mind explaining what to expect and what they would be doing. It felt like I talking and listening to a friend. There was genuine care and concern about how I felt. These two ladies are very intuitive to the patient and they respond accordingly. My hope is, for future appointments, I have both of them nearby. The young lady that helped me book my appointment, nearly made me say forget it. I asked for help booking back to back appointments and she made me feel like I was bothering her, along with an unnecessary comment that made me worry and afraid. The lack of professionalism and unease had me second guessing keeping the appointment. I overlooked that and thought about the importance of the services I needed and Sandy and Tammy more than made up for that!"
