"The manager needs demoted. We bought three season passes today. We were able to ride for hours without any problems really. With 45 minutes left in the business day there was a group of fellas that came in that were kind of rowdy. This was like our 10th ride mind you. A couple of the brothers in this new group were racing pretty aggressively, and kept wrecking out. At the end of that ride we were all asked to leave. When trying to discuss this with the manager, and attempting to let him know that it was not fair for us to be kicked out as well he rudely stated “I’m backing my crew up”. “We have the right to refuse service to anyone.” As I do agree with his last statement it doesn’t make it right for us to be punished for the actions of other individuals. I might also add this attraction has went way down hill since “The Tracks” purchased it. The go carts are slower, and they don’t keep track of the lap times anymore. That was a huge plus when you’re competing with someone."

"We came down because it was open. There no signs, No updates on the websites, no post, and the main sign at the entrance says it open. WE HAD TO ASK THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE to know they only open Saturday, what the hell, we wasted multiple trips on the Friday , Saturday, Sunday for nothing. Then right after we had the confirmation from the worker the websites updated. Along with rumors that people are getting ripped off with time on track also is bad"
