"I recently switched to Med one clinic as I wanted a provider closer to my home and a woman. Although I really like Dr. Hinds, I will say that I’m not always met with friendly , helpful customer service at this business and it’s a little disappointing the poor communication that I receive. I am going to be patient and hopefully things get better but when dealing with people and their health , communication and kindness go a long way."

"Made an appointment on a Wednesday, for the next Monday 10 am. . When i made appointment they took my new phone number and confirmed my address. Go in on Monday, a dirty looking nurse/receptionist is sitting there tell her im there for my appointment. She informs me they have been trying to reach me since Friday the D.r started vacation today was her reply. I can fit you in to see the nurse practitioner (you know bandaid giver not a dr.) Im having several serious health issues. Now i have to find a DOCTOR in Springfield. Feeling descriminated against and feeling LIKE BARTON COUNTY/COX HEALTH CARE ABOUT NO ONE HERE JUST YOUR PAYMENT. THIS IS BS ... MOST INCOMPUTANT HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER SEEN. HAVE A LIFE OR DEATH ISSUE??? CALL DOC WINSLOW JYST ACROSS THE INTERSTATE."
