"I am very displeased with the staff at this facility. The Nurse Practioner. Angie, repeatedly forgot about the referrals for my children, and one of my children had a heart problem. I called the office for weeks in regards to my children, and got the run around every time. Finally, I had had enough, so I went back to the Joplin office. From there I was able to speak to the Office Supervisor, but it didn't help much. Angie then started changing her story regarding one of my children, and the icing on the cake was when I asked why Angie was backing out of the referral so suddenly, her nurse, Susan, said it was my fault. I have never been treated more disrespectfully at a doctors office than I was there. If you have a choice, I really urge you to take your child(ren) somewhere else."

"I have been going to this location since I moved to Missouri. Lots changed often and I only stayed because of Lindsay the RN. She is now gone and my family will be too! I’ve been waiting one t a month for a referral. Every time I ask for an update I’ve been told by the receptionist Rachel that they are working on it. The last time I was told they never did it because they were waiting on a follow up appointment. Another lie. There is no friendly faces no customer concern or priority given. Just a complete circus!"

"I was treated soooo well here from the moment I walked in. Margie Hart was absolutely outstanding in explaining to me everything that was going on with me as well as examining me with much detail. She even called me to check on me later in the afternoon. I am so happy that I found this wonderful facility."
