"DO NOT SEE TAYLOR RODGERS! I cam in for a emergency procedure eval. I wait patiently and was rudely talk to and treated like I was a problem and treated like I was dumb. I wanted to know more about my tooth and explained better to me and she was getting rude with me and upset cause she had two other patients needed worked on. I payed for a 45 min visit to only be talk to the dentist for less than 5 minutes and could of just did a exam with the time I was sitting there then waiting and told a filling popped out and couldn't do nothing for me today and wouldn't fix it till I got a exam. I will not going back to that dentist I feel bad for the dentist assistant I liked her and she was very kind to me. The dentist treated me like I shouldn't even be there and that I wasted her time. Its her job to help and take care of the patient and she did not do that and she's not getting nearby mouth again. REEDITING MY REVEIW FOR TODAYS VIST SINCE IT WONT MAKE ME A NEW ONE 2024 MARCH 13 I WENT TO THE OTHER CLINC ON NORTH GAINES DRIVE AND THEY ARE AMAZING, VERY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND KIND OVER THERE IN THAT BUILDING I RECOMMEND DENTIST DR.THOMAS AND DENTIST HYGENTIST CASSI AND HER STUDENT FROM STATE FAIR COMMUNITY COLLEGE. THEY WAS GENTLE CARING AND PROFESSIONAL WITH THER JOB AND DID AN AMAZING JOB WITH MY CLEANING AND EXAM TODAY. VERY BLESSED AND THANKFUL FOR THEM HELPING WITH MY TEETH AND INFORMATIVE IN MY EXAM AND MY MOUTH FEELING SO GREAT AFTER THE CLEANING!! THEY STAFF LADIES UP FRONT WAS VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND TODAY THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DENTIST APPOINTMENT ENJOYABLE RELAXING AND HELPFUL!"

"This place is horrible! My fiancé went here with our 19 month old son and we live 3 hours away! We only chose this “rehab” Center because I work and the offer daycare! I was called at 10pm at night as they were discharging my fiancé and her and our son had to sit outside the building until I arrived at 1am! The director Mellissa Edwards would not let them stay until the morning and told me if I didn’t come they were calling DFS… I will be contacting Medicaid along with local politicians about this absolute unprofessional center! There med techs do not even have licenses and are passing out narcotics! I would give zero stars if that was an option! Do not go here for help!"

"I went to this facility in September. My first night there someone stole my stamps and a mask. I was so mad that I called my husband to come get me. I went to Compass Health to get some help, I was very disappointed. I thought the groups were good but there were times when all we did was color. I felt like I was in kindergarten! Then on top off everything else my husband mailed me a box and here we go again I had stamps that was in a card stolen by staff. How sad! My husband and I continued trying to call for some sort of resolution but our calls were unanswered. How rude and unprofessional. The director Mellissa Edwards never did not return ANY of our calls which is also unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility to anyone if you plan on going don't have stamps or a box sent to this place because some of your belongings may come up missing . SAD SAD SAD SHAME ON THIS PLACE!"

"Took my daughter to a dentist appointment today. Every person we talked to was excellent!!! Office staff- super friendly and willing to work her in on short notice. Nurses- best I have ever seen with kids!!! Doctor- professional and kind. I was very impressed!!"

"I had such a fear of dentists after having a bad experience but honestly the staff here are absolutely excellent! I couldn't have asked for better. They explained everything that needed to be done, the steps we'd take, and during the procedures consistently checked that I was doing ok. They were thorough with aftercare and explained everything that needed to be done and what to expect. I have made my next appt and am ready to have my beautiful smile back. Thank you guys so much for what you do, for your professionalism and compassion. You're AMAZING!!!"
