"Never solve what's wrong with my baby I've been in and out the er every week. I Wait hours In the waiting room. Right now I've been here since 11:40 and it's 1:10 and my daughter is crying waiting to be seen. It's an emergency room and they sit and talk at the front desk. Kids are running around coughing and I can't leave because I need a work excuse. Highly angry. Update. It's 245 pm and I'm waiting for a nurse to tell me if my baby has the flu or not. They milking time extreme."

"I have taken my daughter 1 yrs of age here 2 tines first time she had the flu but they said she was fine so we had to get a second opinion. Now last week we went again she has been raspy sounding cough rash runny nose. just not normal well they say it's allergies and not to worry she don't need tested. A week later we see our regular pediatrician. She was tested for RSV Influenza and Strep. Guess what positive again. For Not one but 2. STREP AND RSV!! I'm sorry but that's my daughter life in your hands and no care twice and both times second opinions were seeked and found results. Do your jobs!!!!"

"Went in on a Saturday. Only waited maybe 15 min in the lobby and 5 min in the room. From the receptionist to nurses and dr. Everyone was nice and great. Was a great, fast experience especially since it was for my 1 year old."

"Refused to see my 4 year old son who was having an allergic reaction. Both his eyes were swollen shut. Because we walked in at 7:05pm. Nurse looked at him and says give him benadryl that should work, we stop seeing ppl after 7pm and they don't close til 8pm and there were only 3 ppl ahead of us. Took him to St. Mary's and he needed a steroid shot. They are most definitely not for the children."

"Check-in was very quick and easy. Staff was professional and caring. In and out in under 3 hours which I consider great for any walk-in medical care especially when stitches are involved. I really appreciated how child friendly it was. It obviously needs to be that way, but it was a much better experience with my kid than it would have been at a non-child specific care area."
