"I arrived early after driving over 100 miles to the appointment. I informed the front desk that I was early. The front desk support person was not welcoming at all. She told me I had to complete new patient paperwork, i informed her that I completed online. With acknowledging my comment, she turned and says to another support person "he said he completed it online can you check." The worker confirmed and she never looked up but said "you can just go sit down." At the scheduled time I was called back only to be taken to 3 different locations in the building because there was no room available. The first part of the exam was ok. The lady who performed the exam was very cordial and helpful. I was there for a VA claim concerning an injury I received in 1980 to my eye, however much of the attention was on my glasses and eyesight. The examiner informed me the doctor was running behind and would be in soon. She came back around 15 mins and told me the same thing. When the doctor came in (after a very long wait), he seemed stress and unconcern. He rushed through the very short exam and didn't ask anything about VA or why I was there. I did mention the injury, but he only said, "your eyesight is fine." He also must have not read my file because he asked mt twice about which eye I had problems with and continue to focus on cataracts. As a US Veteran I did not feel welcome, and I felt rushed."

"Starting with the people at the check in Desk, very polite and helpful. The Doctors Assistants are very thorough and kind to any questions or concerns you may have. Doctor “K” as they call him is absolutely concerned about making sure he covers everything to perfection."

"Excellent experience! I was very impressed from beginning to end. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I was a new patient. The new patient portal for paperwork was easy. They were not overbearing with text, emails, etc When they called to confirm appointment they were respectful and made me aware of road closures near them which changed my route. I was thankful to know. Upon arrival, check in was easy and I did not wait long. Upon being called back, I met Brian. Wow - I complimented him on his bedside manner. Outstanding! Hands down one of the best optometric technicians I have ever seen. From there on to the doc. Excellent! Dr. Kliensasser is fabulous. Very thorough, relatable, understandable and spent 30-45 mins in the room with me. Answered all of my questions with compassion and on a level I could understand. His in room assistant was great also. Would highly recommend. I don't normally write reviews, but this level of service is unheard of these days and I could not pass up the opportunity to show them I care. Thank you!"

"Outstanding care by the physicians and all the staff!! I was referred here because of a retinal artery occlusion, which took out the vision in my right eye. All the staff and physicians were efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable and explained what had happened. Follow ups were extremely thorough they patiently answered all my questions. I have been to several eye doctors in my life, but this team was outstanding and I won’t be going anywhere else!!!"
