"Awful location, bought a pen that didn't work straight away so I figured it needed to be charged, charged it over the weekend but still didn't work, messed around with it to try and get it to work throughout the week and still nothing. I took it back and asked to have it exchanged and was told they can't do anything without a receipt. Solid. Usually this location is my goto and the staff is helpful it's a shame that they can't replace something with known quality issues without a recipt."

"Pretty good for a vape shop there not Pretentious like some of the others, in fact I hate going to vape shops but this one I can stand. The vapor room 816 in raytown is 100% filled with pretentious people I'd stay away from there. Vapor maven has a good amount of vape Juices and different mods and all the accessories to go with them. They also have 420 paraphernalia."
