"Cozy spot in downtown. Very clean and nice ambience. They have an odd rule about smoking only what you buy there? I've not seen that at other lounges, I've seen where you have to buy something to use the lounge, but this is you can't bring in outside stuff either. Humidor seems well calibrated and decent selection."
"My husband and I shop here anytime we are in Downtown Lee's Summit. Extremely helpful staff & great selection. The owner spent quite a bit of time with us on several occasions helping us pick out something we hadn't tried before. Appreciated the personal attention we received from not only the owner but the rest of the staff as well. We have been in the lounge several times and always met friendly people. (we brought in our own wine and the store provided glasses & a wine opener for us since we forgot. They also will make you coffee if you prefer coffee with your cigars) Highly recommend."
"I've been exploring the cigar world for about two months now. The owner of the shop has been incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain so much. I'm completely hooked! I visit the shop at least once a week to explore a different cigar or two. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is into cigars. The large walk-in humidor could fit over 20 people!"
"Has a great selection of cigars! Everything you need to start your journey in the realm of smoking and storing cigars can be found here. I've never been in the lounge so I can't speak on that. But the front of the store and the cigar room is nice and clean. As for the staff, the woman is extremely nice and has great customer service. There's a younger guy that had decent customer service but everyone besides the woman has a "get out of my face" attitude. The service you get will very much depend on what you're wearing. When I come in in one of my suits, they're extremely nice and helpful. But when I come in with shorts and a t shirt, they stand over my shoulder like I'm going to steal something and rush me to get out. It's almost to the point where I think I may just stop going in so that I won't bother them and continue to buy cigars online for a cheaper price."
"Cute and cozy. Great selection. I thought my cigar was gonna be crunchy because most of my experience is that smaller establishments don’t have proper storage- humidifier. Good price. Cute lounge. Good customer service- we walked in 20 min till close."
