"Recently, I experienced a very significant, sudden hearing loss which needed very time-sensitive treatment by two other doctors, in hope of recovering some of that hearing loss. I went to the office of my primary care physician, Dr. Jennifer Schultz seeking a prescription to facilitate that effort and spoke with the ladies at her front desk, stressing the time-sensitivity of my request. With an unusual display of teamwork, every member of her staff helped to to check and adjust appointment schedules until they were able to give me an immediate opening to meet my need without adversely affecting the schedules of other patient appointments. There is nothing more comforting and refreshing to a patient than knowing that his/her doctor's front office staff is, not only friendly, compassionate and helpful on a routine daily basis, but is willing and able to come through in response to unusual situations."
