"Dr. Parks is a great doctor. And most of the staff is really friendly but the front desk and their policies are horrible. They make you fill out your entire medical history every time you go in instead of just allowing you to make minor changes to your existing record. They make you reschedule if you are 5 minutes late even though I have spent far more than 5 minutes waiting to be seen. They have no emergency appointments. The front desk seems to have no care for my personal time and well being. I have been made to reschedule more than once. If it wasn't so frustrating at the front desk, I would continue to see Dr. Parks."

"Go elsewhere.. they’re lacking integrity- at least in reception/scheduling. I waited a month for an appointment, and went to an office out of my way - to make sure I could get my sonogram and doctors visits back to back. I confirmed the appointments a week prior, only to show up and have BOTH appointments rescheduled without my knowledge. The receptionist lied to my face about leaving me a voicemail less than two business days prior, despite claiming at first that it didn’t show a date for their call. I didn’t even have a missed call from them, let alone a voicemail. There was no email communication, no calls, and definitely no follow up."

"Dr. Baldassaro is amazing! The front desk staff is amazing! All the nurses are amazing! After being forced out from my previous OB office I was so stressed trying to find a new place with my current pregnancy. I'm so glad I had someone recommend this place to me. Things get a bit jumbled around right now with them opening new locations/building new locations, but they always send a reminder with which location to be at! They have always quickly responded back to my messages on the portal and called me back within 24hrs after leaving a message on their voicemail. I haven't had another Drs office be so prompt about responding back as they have been."

"I had a very disappointing experience with the nurse helpline. Despite being instructed by my doctor to reach out to the nurse line whenever my symptoms resurfaced, the response was extremely poor. I have left multiple messages at the nurse helpline, but I never received a call back. It is disheartening to see patients being left in the lurch when they need help the most. I hope the management takes notice of this issue and takes appropriate measures to improve their nurse helpline's response time and patient care."

We were in a bigger practice before and I always felt treated with no personal connection… just like 1 person in millions! We came from an IVF clinic and I was looking for a very similar care where they remember you and they really care for you… so was looking the same in a OB and can definitely tell we found the best ones at Town Plaza Women’s health!!! This was our first pregnancy and we were cared and treated so well here! Barely any waiting time, always answering all my questions and concerns always calling me back on time with results or returning my vm. We are very thankful! Doctor Ahmed was seeing us through pregnancy and Doctor Parks delivered our healthy baby boy! She even came to check on us next day! Recommend this practice 1000%"
