"Unreliable hours- they do not stand by their posted schedule. Three times these past few months I’ve taken my sick child and there is a sign on the door hours before closing time stating that they aren’t taking any patients. They close at 8 and once it was 3:30 in the afternoon. How can a place that serves patience turn away so many in need of care? I will not go back. Front desk staff is cold and non-compassionate as well. Doctors have always been helpful. But sometbing is going horribly wrong with customer service/office management."

"This was the worst urgent care visit I have ever had in my entire life. I will start with the reason they even get one star, and that is the fact that the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. My main issue involved the provider I saw in the clinic. The doctor was unapologetically short and not thorough at all. I have used this Urgent Care several times over the years, but I can now say I will NEVER again waste my money for such questionable care, and even worse bedside manner. Also, I can’t forget to mention- DONT GO AFTER 5PM! Even though their posted hours indicate a closing time of 8pm, they turn patients away HOURS earlier than that."

"Doctor was great very long wait time…!!!! actually watched them turn patients away at 6pm even though they don’t close until 8pm pregnant nurse had no consideration for neither one of my kids as they are both extremely sick both with double ear infections and possibly RSV or strep when she gave them strep tests gaging them to the point of one screaming and crying as she’s smiling like it’s funny I literally had to walk out without our results! I don’t recommend this place to anyone and especially with children I’m usually not a Karen but today I am me n my kids already have had a long day especially them being sick they didn’t deserve that! Just go a couple more blocks & there’s St. Luke’s might cost more But it’ll be worth it in the long run!"

"Horrible service. The website indicates the hours are 8am-8pm, however I arrived at 7:15 and was told they were no longer taking new patients. I understand they are probably trying to close at 8, but this should be reflected in the hours listed. I am as sick as I have been in 10 years, but have 2 small children and needed to wait until they were in bed to go seek help. I will not be returning here, and neither will my family. I truly believe this would not happen in more affluent areas in the metro, however the patients socioeconomic status impacts the quality of healthcare they are able to receive. Disgusted. (PS no fault of the lady at the front desk, she was just doing her job)"
