"Tried 3 times with money not being an issue the first 2 times to get my 75/25 Argon tanks filled. Had one sent away for it only to come back certified for co2 but not argon. They changed my valve out and now it doesn't fit my welder. Clearly I had the guy there seeing it was an Argon tank cause I have the receipt to prove it. After the 3rd trip up there they wanted to certify my other tank but after the 1st one I can't afford another 90 bucks to only have it come back a month later certified for something different than what I need. Rating would be a star more if they would have taken accountability for the 1st valve and bottle they messed up but that's not the case. Disappointing!!!"

"Needed to rent a CO2 tank on short notice and didn't have an account with airgas or any of the other big suppliers which makes it basically impossible to get a tank from them. Ozarc was super easy to deal with, got a CO2 tank same day without any hassle and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back."
"The blonde behind the counter is the source of all the dumb blonde jokes. I called and asked her if she had welding lead in stock and she yes. I asked how much and she asked how much did I need. I told her around 60 feet and she said it would be $2.07/ft. I said cool i'm coming up to get it what time do you close and she said 5PM. I dropped what I was doing and drove all the way up to Arnold to get it. When I got there and said I called about the welding lead and she said ok how much you need and again I said around 60 feet remember? She said oh well we only have 9 feet :-( So wasted my time and gas for nothing. I need a bunch of other stuff as well but I won't buy anything there after that wasted trip :-("
