"I’ve never been more scared, It was a nightmare. I was treated worse here than I’ve ever been. I literally left the day after my surgery due to the staff treating me like crap for me standing up to one of there employees that treated me unfairly. Please reconsider your options before going here. Most of the employees don’t like their jobs and everyone there seems to be negative and unhappy."

"I went here at 2 am with an urgent allergic reaction- covered in a rash, with a heart rate of 156… terrified after seeing the bad ratings on google. They took me in immediately and took excellent care of me - everyone was so attentive. After calming the reaction down, they even suggested sending me to the hospital for the night out of precaution, since there was a chance it could have come back much worse in the next 24 hours, and they’d have meds close by if it did return. I declined, but nice to know the care is so thorough. I had an excellent experience here and would not hesitate to return, should there be another emergency."

"Went to ER 03/01/2024 on advice of telehealth physician. Got triaged and to a room almost immediately. Nurses and ER Dr very caring and professional. Explained tests and procedures. I felt very comfortable there. Was there approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours."

"We went to the emergency room for my husband early Friday morning. It wad very easy getting in, but the nurse staff is terrible. Absolutely terrible. They act as if the patients are a burden, they talk and will wait for their friend to stop telling them a story instead of getting the help the patient needed. Dr Pead was great! The nursing staff are the ones at fault. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Very disappointed."

"They helped me keep my baby. Seriously. I was gonna put her for adoption-little did I know the AP’s were under investigation for human trafficking. The hospital brought that to my attention. THey provided everything I need for baby-diapers car seat pack okay wipes stuff for me as a mom also clothes and blankets and bottles and bibs. My truck was FULL. I can’t rate 5 stars because they then declined to see my child while I do not vaccinate-because he doesn’t have the vaccinations. I’m like what if he is sick or broke a bone ya know but whatever…. This was very upsetting as the hospital has a special place in my heart. I know it’s probably the decision of somebody higher up."
