"I had to go in for some stitches on my knee. The nurse, Amanda, who helped me was great. So was the P.A., Mandolin! These gals deserve a raise! They represent Mercy very well."

"We had the absolute best experience here! Dr. Brown was amazing with my daughter. The whole experience was by far one of the best we've ever received."

"Absolutely love this place. Even if it's a 30 minute drive, we would rather go to carthage than joplin. This place got us checked in and in the back in under 5 minutes during EVERY visit. They're super friendly and super attentive. I've gone to countless doctors bc of severe ear infections, symptoms concerning my epilepsy, and just regular old flu/cold symptoms and they never make me feel bad. Dr. Alexandra(Alexandria? I honestly can't remember), but I got her during both my ear infections and she was able to soothe all my pain, listen to me cry, and actually ran tests and looked at me and gave me multiple options. She walked me through everything and was very sweet about it. I was diagnosed with a bilateral ear infection and all her nurses were super friendly and able to make me laugh even while I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Like I said, it's a bit if a drive for us, but 100% worth it."

"Dr Glover's idea of checking my breathing was tapping my back twice with a stethoscope, for less than a second each time, while I was still explaining the symptoms he asked about. Then prescribed antibiotics. When I asked a nurse to politely have him check me again, he came in and when I confronted him about his diagnostic tactic, he walked out. When I went to the nurses desk to ask for his supervisor's info, they were rude and called security saying I was cursing... something I didn't do but I could have thought of some not so nice things if they would have liked me to."
