"Made an appointment showed up and was told my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t answer the phone a day prior…they didn’t try to reach out any other way so that I know. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE"

"I've been there FOUR TIMES for an infected root canal. 300 miles both ways. That's 1200 miles so far. And waited MONTHS for a root canal which I still desperately need. Wasted my time, almost every single time, except once when Dr B saw me and told me I had an abscess and what to do about it, which the other guy before him just said yup infected, antibiotics and schedule root canal and hope for the best. The real problems started from there. Dr B gave me antibiotics that actually worked..for a little while(Amox w/clav)..I was scheduled for a root canal but even after level 1 sliding scale I still needed $200. With insurance through Medicaid bc guess what? Medicaid doesn't cover root canals - at all- I didn't know that until today. I'm going to have to save up, bc it HAS to be done or it'll spread below my jaw and worse or go to Jordan Valley and probably still have to wait months and still save up, plus knowing this information I'm going to make sure Dr. B is scheduled to do my teeth again bc I actually trust that guy. I can't take anymore antibiotics. I've been on them 4 times while waiting for my root canal date. A 7 day amoxicillin, 10 day amoxicillin w/Clav, another 10 day antibiotic that didn't work at all, and a 14 day amox w/Clav from my PCP which worked to a point. Now I'm on L-Glutamine for approx 6m to a year. I have few good gut bacteria left and am rebuilding my gut health. So many GI issues from extended antibiotic use. Very frequent yeast infections, chronic constipation/diarrhea mix, and more going on. I cant take any more antibiotics for anything for now, even for a bad UTI. I physically cannot or I could make everything worse. Im feling pretty hopeless right now. We can save up but it would have been nice to know IN ADVANCE I hope my abscess stays as it is, not shrinking, not getting bigger, just there. But if it starts getting bigger again, I'm a bit SOL. They'd get 1 star but I bumped it up a notch for Dr B"

"I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned in January they cancelled my appointment due to snow on the road which there weren’t any. Then they rescheduled through text and thankfully I had that day available. I get there and they said it was scheduled for just to look at one tooth. BS. Only place that takes Medicaid in the area I guess. But very not happy with my service"

"Check in was a bit sketchy, I have insurance and inquired about an estimate, since I have a copay. I was told they couldn't tell me. They x-rayed and did an exam. I was not at all impressed, I was told all they could do for me was refer me to an oral surgeon. I waited several months and the oral surgeon 's office called and said that after reviewing my records that I did not need his services as it was something the regular dentist could handle. So, I made another appointment with Dr. Hunter P. and was told he would not be able to handle it... Really? Ok. I will not be returning to ACCESS and BTW, I ended up paying well over $200 for him to look at the x-ray and refer me somewhere else, who bounced me back to regular dentist. SMH When you find a great dentist don't try to cut corners and go cheaper, they can literally ruin your teeth, in my opinion ."
