"Staff is friendly but unfortunately that is not enough given all the other recent changes. They raised rates as many reviewers mention in reviews. Gym is moving towards Gold Gym model which is a failed gym and they should know that. For existing members, regular gym hours start at 8 am which is a ridiculous regular hour time to begin for a gym. At the very latest this should be 7 AM. Most of the time there are staffers there before then. Bathroom in men's locker room has been leaking through ceiling for a month. So everyone is breathing in mold or black mold. Their fix is a bucket underneath the ceiling. Sauna is constantly out and I have asked for them to send a notification via the app or put a status page on their website when such services are down and was told that sounds excessive. I drive long distance just for sauna and broken half the time and often not working. Men's sauna constantly has on Charmed, Drew Barrymore, and Judge Judy for past 1 year and asked to change channel and front desk guys don't have access. Told them to ask manager and TV still has been on same station since I have asked several times. No way to contact corporate online or speak to someone in charge."

"A magnificent build gym! Love the concept and all the features available at this location. The membership fees is pretty reasonable in today’s age. The only problem is the staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming at this location. I felt a hype/happy vibe was missing with the staff. Overall, I would definitely recommend taking the day or 2 day free guest pass and checking out all the equipments available here! I’m adding all the pictures that I could capture at the location in between my works outs."

"Club Fitness is garbage. I have been a long time member of Club Fitness. Since the early years of them starting up. Have been loyal and paying for a membership for years. How I am repaid for this loyalty is by changing my plan to a lesser one and asking for money to have the same benefits I had before. I recently moved and am in recovery, this was my escape and commitment to fitness but I promptly canceled my membership as well as my families. Years of loyal membership mean nothing to businesses anymore. Pay the man!!!"

"I’ve been going to club fitness for 5 years. They are ALWAYS changing memberships and taking things away from you. When I started going to club, I had access to some tanning beds and all locations 24 hours for $22. This was important to me as I’m a first responder and have odd hours. A couple years later, they changed the membership and upped the price. I was no longer allowed to tan unless I paid for it. Annoying, but fine. This past upgrade is RIDICULOUS- and $40 a month!! You are not allowed to use ANY tanning bed (not even if you want to pay) unless you pay for the highest membership. You no longer have access to any gym and no longer can go 24 hours unless you pay $33. You also are unable to use the girls’ room unless you have the highest membership. What is the point of having a girls room to make girls feel safe, yet only allowing your girls to feel safe for a fee. So now, since i’ve moved, I have to drive 30 minutes to a club fitness, between certain hours, and get absolutely zero perks. I’ve been loyal to this company for years and they are extremely greedy. It would be different if clubs were high quality gyms, but they aren’t. I think it’s time to move on from this gym. I wish I didn’t have to but it’s getting ridiculous."

"I give an overall 1 star because most facilities are in good shape with new equipment. There are others that are an utter dump that smell of piss. The other great thing has always been the employees. Now to the negative, first is the constant price and membership changes. This has happened several times and just recently. Come to find out some of the premium perks are no longer available and I have to upgrade to next tier for my entire family. A low level branch manager telling me that the cost increase is bringing more value, doesn’t make it true. If your target consumer is telling you they don’t see the value then it doesn’t exist. It’s a money grab and it’s a sad state because this used to be a great company focused on its customers and offering a great value. The other issue is with their efforts to cut costs and installation of the POS kiosks that are never functioning. It appears club fitness has hit state of corporate greediness and it shows."
