Our nurse Alissa was very professional and kind! My anxiety needed her today! All other nurses and dr were professional and caring. Thank you so much for easing my mind."
"For a healthcare provider I would expect you would have a better process for patient scheduling. I was a new patient and booked a routine check up appointment using your locations contact number. The process was smooth and my information including insurance was provided. Two weeks later I arrive for my scheduled appointment only to be told at check in that the doctor doesn’t accept Cigna. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I scheduled and why they would have booked me with that Physician. The response was their appointments are booked from an outside office. Complete waste of my time to coordinate being available for the appointment and then to drive all the way to the office just to be told this information. A simple phone call before would have been great. It’s apparent i am not the first patient this has happened to as the lady told me “we’ve told them not to book Cigna patients with that physician”. I will be finding another provider for my care. If you cant handle appointments, i don’t want you providing medical services."
"Do yourself a favor DON'T GO HERE. DR CLARK IS HORRIBLE. I went for severe ear pain I've had reconstructive ear surgery in the past and was giving him my history...He says well why don't you go see them then and well why didn't you go there instead....woah ok then he says you can really tell how well a person takes care of themselves by the color of their ear wax and compared it to changing your oil in your car but he wasn't talking to me he was talking about me to the RN helping him while I was sitting there next to them kept making rude remarks about me. ANYWAYS HE WAS TERRIBLY RUDE AND MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE."
