"I recently went into the Springfield location to exchange a pair of shoes my mom bought me. (They were way too big). When I walked in, the manager and a few of the employees greeted me with smiles. They made the entire exchange process super easy and fast. Niki especially was amazing! She walked me around showing me shoes that fit into the exchange budget and was so nice about helping me try things on and finding my size. I absolutely loved the staff and they made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I’m always nervous going into stores to exchange things, but they were beyond helpful and so nice through the whole process. I was in and out super quick as well! 10/10 experience. They successfully convinced me to come back and buy more with the amazing service."

"On September 4th 2023, an employee at the Battlefield Mall yelled at me for trying on a display shoe in my size. It was very embarrassing for me and it angered my husband to the point he refused to try on his shoes she had just brought out and we left. Had she been polite and asked me if she could get me a size in anything I probably would have bought the display shoe and my husband would have purchased his as well. Instead they lost our business forever. I sold shoes for 5 years at the mall and never once did I scold a customer. Whoever is managing this store needs to have a course in proper customer service for their employees. After all it’s a shoe and clothing store where you try things on in order to make purchases/sales."

"Manager was extremely helpful. Her employees also helped beyond anything they could've normally done. I appreciate them and thier service very much! The store also had much more great products than I cldve imagined I'm going to make sure I advertise their helpfulness and great selection to everyone I can. GREAT JOB !!"

"I never post 1 star reviews but this must be addressed! A store employee felt the need to yell at my husband and daughter after they both picked up a skateboard. Literally screamed at them both from across the store “DON’T RIDE ON THE SKATEBOARDS” They never tried to stand on them, just picked them up and both felt incredibly embarrassed at just picking them up … why do you have skateboards if you won’t let others touch them?? Some serious customer service training is needed on treating your customers kindly. Legit a simple “hey guys can I help you with the skateboards? Also please just don’t try to ride them in the store ya know liability issues!” My daughter is 10 and very sweet. I am appalled at the lack of care."
