"Bought a used Jeep in OCT after signing papers I was told the Jeep would have to go through used car check list so I could not drive it home which is weird because they let me put 5k down on it, Got a call 3 days later saying the mechanic cracked a vertebra so Jeep wouldnt be ready until the following Monday and they gave me a loaner, which I had to return since the the tire pressure was only 26 p.s.i. and neither woods or I could get the valve cap off. Got another loaner which the key fob battery died and left me stranded the next day. Picked up jeep and had to wait 45 min since tps went bad on rr wheel. Whilst on the drive home noticed steering wheel off center, liscense plate light inop,rear wiper inop and not temp tag plus more issues, had to go back and get temp tag pointed out issues to steve the sales guy who shook his head, emailed and Amanda called said she would take care of me and sched alignment. Finally got the alignment done 12-9-23 and steering wheel is still off center. Amanda said she would contact me on 12-10-23 for the rest of the repairs but still nothing as of 1/16/24. The photos will show the damage their tech did when replacing valve cover gaskets (which still leak) its like he was paid to break connectors and leave fasteners loose. This was discovered when replacing the leaking oil cooler which they somehow missed in the used car inspection. Real hackjob."
