The help in choosing my carpet was good, the guy who came and measured was good, the installers were good, and the job was done weeks before I expected it to happen. They had an unexpected open day and fit me in after just a couple weeks. I couldn't be happier. The carpet is very good quality and the pad feels great walking on it.
