"The first several times I called to schedule, I had an awful time getting through to a scheduler. However, that was outweighed 110% by the level of care I received during my appointments. I had scheduled three separate tests back-to-back, and the administrative and clinical staff where very helpful and professional. I had to call back today to check on an order for another test (lucky me), and I reached someone in scheduling the first try after holding less than one minute. I didn't expect to be scheduled, as I just wanted to make sure the order was received. The person in scheduling was very friendly and helpful. After confirming my order went through, she asked to put me on a brief hold to check with the department if I could go ahead and schedule. She then scheduled my appointment after confirming with them. Top-notch service."
"Scheduling is the absolute worst of any place I've ever gone through to schedule a simple MRI. First time was on hold for over 25 minutes, not once did anyone pick up and say "can you hold please" or "we're extremely busy and will be with you shortly" or "would you like to leave a message". The receptionist once again connected me to scheduling stating there is nothing else then can do but transfer the call...so far already at 25 minutes again and still counting. This is unacceptable, wish my doctor had sent the orders somewhere else!"
