"Ok place to stay but don't expect anything extra. Breakfast wasn't even a Continental. They were upgrading the room next to us, at least it wasn't noisy. We get put in these places because we have service dogs... Ps I was told the ones that book appointments make great money, guess the less they spend on you gets them a bigger paycheck."

"Use to be Serenity inn. Came up to see the Christmas lights and stayed here for one night. First our cards didn't work when we got up to our rooms, then discovered our toilet was broken, and there was hair on my pillow. While the beds were comfy, they were really springy and noisy any time you moved. I went to report the toilet to the front desk guy and showed this picture. He honestly acted like he didn't care. Said maintenance wasn't available to fix it and gave a "sorry". It was just one night so we made due. In the morning I went to check out and make sure they had noted the toilet was broke and the lady at the desk didn't greet me or ask how our stay was, and when I mentioned the toilet all she said was "okay you're good to go" I've worked in hotels before. And this was very poor service."
