Darla and their daughter (Sorry, I'm terrible with names!) helped us, answered all of our questions and are incredibly knowledgeable! When Jeff came to install and setup the table, he took a lot of time to explain what he was doing and why. He walked us through the adjustment process. He is a wealth of knowledge! Every step in the process was painless and extremely smooth! Jeff told us to contact him if the table shifts due to changes in humidity and he will come out and adjust. Bottom line is that we highly recommend Franklin Billiard Company and Darla and Jeff! Wonderful customer service and wonderful people and they really care!"
