"I've donated and shopped here multiple times . Friendly staff, pretty well organized and I think the prices on the majority of things is pretty fair. It used to smell heavily of cigarette smoke and bleach inside, enough that I would start getting a headache after a few minutes and just leave, but it since has gotten better and doesn't smell anymore."

"This is such an amazing community resource. We always drop off donations here rather than messing with a yard sale. It's great that the money stays in the community. I also love shopping here. Everyone is so nice and helpful and the prices make it affordable to buy clothes and books for my kids on a budget."

"I tried to come in to do community service. The staff were very nice at first. After my paperwork was done they said I couldn’t do community service there because I have an assault charge. I said it was pathetic. That’s what they want is to help People then let me get help! Eventually after the staff told me to “shut up”, “zip my lips” and “ hush my mouth” for answering their questions I was told to “ hit the road”. Very ignorant. Very rude. I felt very misunderstood and disrespected."

"Is always clean and oder free now, not so much in the past years. I feel like it is more inviting to go shopping and doesn't look like the trash dump it used to look like. It makes me proud to see people enjoy working there. The people are very friendly and willing to help you if you need something. Great job,, PACIFIC AGAPE HOUSE STAFF."
