"My wife and I had been talking about buying a new couch and mattress for a while. I went into Hometown to browse while I was waiting for my wife to show up to go to dinner. I was so impressed with the service and selection I decided not to shop around anymore. I brought my wife into the store as soon as she arrived and we made our selections with the no pressure sales person answering all the questions we had. I don't quite remember his name but he was great to us. We ended up purchasing the sectional we liked as well as a king mattress and fancy adjustable bed frame. They were very patient with us having to secure a trailer for pickup and Alex helped me load everything. Thank you Hometown Mattress for your great customer service and great selection of furniture."
"I ordered this independently rocking reclining love seat with a coffee table too. Coffee table isn’t here yet, but Paul just put together my loveseat after a quick text to let me know he was coming. These people are the real deal! From the salesman Alex to the financing company Acima to the delivery guy, Paul! Phenomenal quality service! Making big purchases are always a daunting task for me, because it’s like once you purchase it they don’t know your name…you are just a sale and a number. These guys are all very professional, kind and courteous and extremely helpful! Including my purchase, the credit check and the delivery it all took about 45 minutes of my time. "River and Jacob delivered and set up my 6 person sectional. They were in and out within 15 minutes! The couch was out exactly where I wanted it to be and my 8 month old son stayed asleep while it was done. 10/10 would highly recommend!!"
