"I called to have some items placed on hold. When I arrived I also had rewards for free items. I was so happy I got two tubes of that rich cream in the squeeze bottles I like in two fabulous scents. The staff greeted me in a caring manner and multiple people asked if they could assist, which was great! The store was well organized and items were stocked and easy to locate. The online pickup section was also organized and running efficiently. My only issues were how quickly they sold out of a gift set I'd been wanting. Wish they would've made it available online and the cashier at the front wasn't nearly as personable as the rest of the staff. She seemed to not really want to be there to be honest but I digress. Bad part is I think she was the manager, but hey retail this time of year I'm sure is very challenging. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would return."
"It was a great experience. Dee was an associate there who was extremely nice and helpful. I purchased so many items. Someone was there every step of the way. The beautiful lady that assisted me at the register wrapped everything I needed with pleasure. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today."
