"I went in to the Harrisonville location to pick up my auction purchases. Three out of 6 items purchased were damaged, missing big obvious components or inoperable. There is no reason that an auction item listed as open box would not be inspected or tested. These items were too massive to not be previously known as damaged or missing parts. No note was listed in the auction regarding the condition of any of these items listed as open box. No return is accepted. I got robbed and I warn anyone buying here that this was not an oversight. These sales were intentional."
