He helped us understand the technical aspects of how the mattress works (which my husband appreciated) and directed us to a style we could both agree on. We spent time trying every bed - with 3 kids, and then left to deliberate, came back, and he was just as nice and helpful as when we left. He even made sure we got every discount we could qualify for (which, did you know you can double up on those in person but not online?). We appreciate his straightforward demeanor, and the price in store was actually better than the one online. Glad we came, and would recommend!"
