"It’s very disappointing for me to have to post this, but I have been very unhappy with this boutique. I have bought from them in the past(in store) and it has been great! They have great graphics and quality of their products, but the customer service is just so disappointing. I ordered from their website on October 24th 2023. I STILL have not received my order and it is Jan 31st 2024. I have messaged on instagram, Facebook, email, called. Finally I had a friend reach out to them and they FINALLY responded on instagram at the beginning of Dec. they told me I should receive my order and they “didn’t see it come in.” I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hopped I would get my product by the end of Jan and here I am still missing my products. They said they were shipping it Jan 12 and it’s still not there. I have asked for my money back twice now, and I still am getting no response, even though I can see that they have read my message on instagram. There phone doesn’t work to call and their website is now gone. It’s so disappointing because I love to support small businesses, but this is just upsetting."

"The Cactus Lilley Boutique has the worst customer service I have experienced with a small business. I purchased product on Oct 22, after several attempts to contact the business I finally received communication that they would ship my items. I finally received my items minus a pair of earrings the 3rd week of December. I contacted the business about receiving a refund for my earrings and they stated they were shipped and I was to receive them on 23rd Dec. I requested tracking info and never received tracking info, however I finally received my earrings on Dec 26th. I’m quite disappointed with their level of customer service b/c they continue to solicit more business via social media while not taking care of their current customers. I will never do business with them again or recommend their products to anyone."

"I placed an order with them 2 months ago and was finally able to pick it up after multiple attempts to contact them about it. If you post on their fb page, they ask you to email them instead. I emailed them 3 times about my order which was 1 shirt and never heard back from them so I’m not sure why they want you to email them asking about order updates if they never respond. Pretty sure there are only 2 people working there and pretty sure I would have never received my order if I hadn’t reached out to them. Their stuff is cute, but they are extremely unprofessional. Honestly not worth it having to wait months to get your order and that’s if you’re harassing them about it. I can’t imagine how long it would take if you never said anything. Like I said before, you probably would just never get your order. I know I’m not the only one who has had an issue like this with them based on the other reviews posted here and their fb page constantly has people posting complaints and asking where their order is. Hire more help or shut your business down, but stop trying to run a business when you’re not equipped to do so."

"I have been a customer here for many years. The past three shopping experiences with them have caused me to no longer shop with them. I ordered shirts from them that took over a month for me to get, which I did not get until I physically went to the store and they made it there in front of me. I ordered two different pairs of shoes from them online. When I received them, one shoe was a size 5 and the other was a size 9, I ordered a size 8 (was refunded after multiple contact attempts). I just went to put on the second pair of shoes and they are both right footed shoes (I have contacted and not heard anything back). This boutique is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional and lack communication. I will no longer be shopping with them."
